Terms of delivery

COMPANY Henriikka Leppänen Kerafiikka (business ID 2704057-1) sells products and services for individuals, companies and corporations in Finland, in the EU and in the rest of the world. Prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring items into the basket and paying for the contents in the online stores’ checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. Contact information requested when ordering will not be used for anything else than delivering your order or sorting out any occurred confusions. By ordering you agree on these terms of delivery, product prices and delivery costs.

Commissions are ordered by email in which case an offer is made of the commission. The order comes into effect when the customer accepts the offer and terms of delivery. Address where request for quotation can be sent: [email protected]

Payment

Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered under Financial supervision payment institution register, acts as payment intermediary for e-commerce. Payment will be transferred to Bambora’s online services and on bank statement and invoice Bambora or Paybyway will be seen as the benefitor. Bambora will convey the payment to the company. Payment is safe, because all information regarding the payment transaction will be transmitted using encrypted connections, so no outside source can see the payment transaction information. Payment methods

With Payform services you can pay either with online bank ID, wallet, card (credit/debit), invoice or hire purchase. The following payment methods are in use: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, local cooperative banks, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Masterpass, Pivo, Visa card, Visa Debit card, Visa Electron Card, MasterCard and Debit MasterCard, as well as Jousto and Enterpay invoice for companies. MobilePay: you can use your MobilePay wallet if you have permitted the use of e-commerce payment in your app’s settings. Payments done by MobilePay are charged from a payment card attached to the wallet. Providing the payment via payment card fails it is impossible to use MobilePay wallet in the e-commerce store. Jousto invoice and hire purchase are services located in Finland, which make your shopping easy and safe. Jousto is intended for individuals who have handled their finances impeccably. With Jousto you get 30-day interest-free and free credit. When you get the invoice, you can choose if you will pay it in whole or in parts. With hire purchase you can even pay in 36 parts, starting with €9,90 a month. Jousto hire purchases outlay is €3,90 a month and 19,90% credit rate. Commissions 

Payment of directly sold products, commissions and services are done with Izettle payment terminal or invoice. Customers are obligated in paying products they bought in full, unless they exercise the right of return under the Consumer Protection Act. There is a payment term of 14-day net in billing options. If the payment is not received by the due date, the company is justified to add penalty interest in accordance with the Interest Act and recovery costs to the invoice. The products are owned by the company until the invoice is paid in full.

Order and payment confirmation

After a successful order a confirmation is sent to your email. Sending of message confirmations requires submission of your email address when ordering.

 Delivery time

The most common delivery times for our company in Finland are 3-5 days, Europe 1 week and rest of the world 2-3 weeks. (Notice that you might be charged of extra taxes by customs if you live outside of EU.) Abnormal delivery times will be announced on the homepage of the e-commerce store and by personal email. We are not responsible for delays caused by overpowering obstacles or the harm caused by the delays. Delivery of commissions and services is as per contract (email). Delivery time of commissions is usually 3-6 weeks.

Responsibilities and obligations

The e-commerce store has a statutory liability for the sold products. Customers have responsibility for the right kind and intended use and maintenance for the product. The company is not responsible for damage caused by the product’s misuse.

In cases of complaints we ask you to contact our customer service. Consumers have the right to take possible dispute situations to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.

Exchange and return terms

You have the right to exchange or return your whole order or parts of it within 14 days of receiving an order, in accordance with Finland’s Consumer Protection Act. Right of return applies only to unused and marketable products. When returning delivered products include your name and contact information, as well as your bank accounts number for refund. The customer pays for return costs. Non-redemption is not the same as return or cancellation. We charge shipping costs from non-redeemed packages, if a separate notice of cancellation is not made.

Gathering and disclosure of personal data

The company follows the Data Protection Law in all instances of data gathering. You can read more information from the Privacy policy. The data that is handed over to the company are handled in accordance with Finland’s Data Protection Legislation. Confidential information is handed over to third parties only when required by the law.

Problem situations

If the product has disappeared or damaged or it does not match your order in some way, you must report the error within 14 days to the party mentioned in exchange and return terms. If the package is damaged in the mail, you must make a complaint to the post office. Customer complaints that concern the company’s products must be sent to the company without a delay, within 14 days. The company handles complaints within two weeks of when the complaint has arrived at the company. The complaint must be delivered without a delay by email to [email protected]
